SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via USPS.

Due to the demand on delivery services, you may experience delays in shipping.

Once your package is shipped, the USPS is responsible for your package.

ZooTampa is not responsible for orders marked "delivered" by the Post Office. You will need to check with your local Post Office and/or Postal Carrier to obtain information regarding your package.

FREE SHIPPING OFFER

Free Standard USPS ground shipping is valid on orders of $50 or more, after promotions and discounts are applied. Available only to shipments in the United States. Sales taxes and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement. Free Shipping offer not valid on in-store purchases.

CALCULATING SHIPPING COST

We do not profit from shipping. Your shipping cost will be exactly the same as we are charged by USPS. Shipping costs are calculated on the website automatically during Checkout based on the weight of the items you are purchasing and your packages destination.
